Coinbase is an exchange to buy, sell, and transfer various cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and more. It is used to trade, stake, store, buy and sell cryptocurrency. It is also called a custodial wallet, each task you perform on the Coinbase store in history, and later, you can analyze the historical data for further use.

It provides a report on the open and filled history moreover, deposit and withdrawal history. Here I'm going to teach you a step-by-step guide to checking transaction history on a coin base.

How to Check Transaction History on Coinbase App

Once the transaction has been done successfully, it would be stored in the transaction history on the Coinbase app for further analysis in the future. Here are a few guidelines on how it works and how to download the transaction history report for analysis.

Step 1: Click here to open the app and log in to the account, enter your email address and then hit “Continue”:

Step 2: Enter the password and click the “Continue” button:

Step 3: After successful login; go to the profile and click “Reports”:

Step 4: Here you can see the history click on the button “Generate report” to get the report:

Step 5: Then there will be a popup screen, you have to select one from the given options like; all time, all assets, or all transactions, and at the end select report format: it could be in CSV format or PDF format:

Step 6: Select “All time”, it will give you further options to view the history; you may select your choice accordingly:

Step 7: Here you can select assets like I selected “ETH”:

Step 8: Here select transaction, I select “Sell”:

Step 9: And then finally generate a report and select the format, I want to generate the report in PDF form so just click on “Generate report”:

Step 10: When the report has been generated successfully hit the “Download” button to download the report:

Why Do You Need to Check the Transaction History

Here are some advantages to check the transaction history:
